What is the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky switches?
Linear switches are smooth and quiet with no bump. Tactile switches have a noticeable bump at the actuation point. Clicky switches provide both a tactile bump and an audible click sound.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our keyboards and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for keyboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your keyboards compatible with both Mac and Windows?
Most of our keyboards are fully compatible with both operating systems. Many models include extra keycaps and a toggle switch to easily swap between macOS and Windows layouts.
What does a 'Hot-Swappable' PCB mean?
A hot-swappable PCB allows you to change your keyboard switches without any soldering. You can simply pull the switches out and plug new ones in to customize your typing experience.
How long does the battery last on wireless models?
Battery life varies by model and RGB lighting usage. Typically, our wireless keyboards last between 40 to 100 hours with lighting on, and up to 4 weeks with lighting disabled.
