At Keyboards, we want to ensure your typing experience is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all mechanical keyboards and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Keyboard

  Securely place the keyboard and all included accessories, such as keycap pullers and cables, back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
